Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all accessories, cables, and packaging included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item to our designated return address using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
